Eric has over 20 years experience as Technical Director of
companies in the field of microwave communications where he was responsible for
Netware networks running, amongst other things, mission critical MRP based
production management and control software. He is an electronics engineer with
extensive experience in hardware and software development, approvals and
manufacture including microwave and millimetre wave transmission links for
digital communications including products specific to Ethernet and Token Ring.
He has particular expertise with software for synthesis,
analysis and optimisation of RF and microwave circuits and has written several
software packages, e.g. for the synthesis of complex microwave filter
structures. He is also well versed in the use of general and specialised CAD
software as well as routine word processing and spreadsheet applications.

Steve has 25 years experience involved in running a medium
size group of companies in the retail jewellery sector, primarily on the
administrative side, dealing with Government legislation, accounting, stock
control and display. He has designed, implemented and managed computerised
solutions throughout his career, and has worked with many different hardware
and software systems as computers have developed.
He has a special interest in networking, having been
involved with it both in his occupation, and through design and implementation
of larger scale systems in the Educational environment. He has extensive
experience of the Sage range of accounting and payroll software, and of
Microsoft operating systems, networking and office administration products.
